Cathy Miller was born in Rock Falls, IL. She was raised on a farm in rural Harmon. She went to Walnut schools along with her two sisters Sheryl and Laurie. She has one son Darren, step daughters Lindsey and husband Nick, and stepdaughter Allison. Also following along are 4 grandchildren Abbey, Wesley, Elley, and Laney. Cathy and her husband moved to Princeton in 2002 and enjoy living in Princeton. Since Cathy no longer works outside the home, she decided it would be nice to volunteer and became a volunteer for the Bureau County United Way, in 2013 and remains as an active volunteer involved in all BCUW Campaigns, fundraising endeavors, agency material preparations and other office functions. Cathy loves volunteering because it works around her schedule; and feels volunteering it’s a great way to provide a service in support of the not-for-profit agencies BCUW provides financial support. She feel it also a great way for her to give service to her county communities where her family and friends lives.
